Treasury Associate

We are currently looking for a new colleague for an exciting position as Treasury Associate in our Fund Services team in Vilnius.

We will entrust you
  • Arrange cash transfers within real estate funds.
  • Input data into the intercompany loan database and regularly report to accountants.
  • Calculate interest rates for intercompany loans in line with transfer pricing methodology.
  • Perform quarterly calculations of financial covenants as per bank loan agreements.
  • Report financial covenants and submit required information to banks.
  • Support accountants with KYC matters.
  • Maintain treasury-related documentation.
  • Submit required information to depository banks.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on derivatives and cash balances.
  • Conduct annual budgeting of bank and intercompany loans.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Head of Fund Treasury.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Audit.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar field; experience in lending business/banking/accounting is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Understanding of financial statements.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • High accuracy, responsibility, and a quick learner.
