GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) is internationally recognized as the standard for measuring sustainability performance. Nordic Aged Care Fund has participated in the GRESB assessment since 2018.

In this year’s assessment, the Fund achieved a GRESB score of 89 points. This rating represents the highest GRESB score in the highly competitive Northern Europe, Healthcare, Senior Homes peer-group.


We has set ambitious and measurable ESG targets for our healthcare funds, and the results confirm the dedication and hard work of our own team and our external partners. We are very excited to see our efforts being recognized by GRESB, commented Fund Manager Jussi Rouhento.


“A key focus area this year has been to better manage our sustainability data and to conduct CRREM assessments on all our properties. We have also very happy about the increased share of renewable energy in our portfolio.
